The hotel lies within walking distance of the main shopping district in the city, a short taxi ride from the main railway station, and 10 km from Waterford Regional Airport and 70 km from Rosslare Ferry Port.
Getting There:
Tower Hotel Waterford is located on The Mall, off Custom House Parade overlooking the Marina. Waterford city centre maps are available from the hotel reception. When travelling on N9 (from Dublin), N25 ( from Wexford) or N24 ( from Limerick) follow signs for city centre and cross over the bridge. At the traffic lights, take a left and proceed down the Quay and Custom House Parade. The Tower Hotel is at the end of Quays overlooking the river. To access carpark, drive straight ahead to the left of the Hotel, and take first right into hotel carpark.

When travelling on N25 from Cork, follow signs for city centre, until you get to Parnell Street. The Hotel is located on right hand side of the road, over looking the river.To proceed to hotel carpark, turn right at the traffic lights onto Lombard Street and take first available left into hotel carpark.

The airport is located 10km from the hotel, serviced by local taxi companies, and the average fare from the airport to city centre is €12 euro.

Train Station
The train station is located approx 2km from the hotel and the average fare from the station to the hotel is €6.50 euro.

Overlooking the Mall and the infamous Reginald’s Tower, with its terracotta walls and glass and wood paneling Bistro at the Tower provides a contemporary and stylish setting that is appealing to both residents and locals alike.

The imaginative menu is a fusion of local and European influences and this award winning Bistro has become a very popular choice amongst the local Waterford restaurant pundits. Surrounded by some of Ireland’s famous fishing villages, fish and seafood are a daily specialty.

The Bistro is open daily for dinner from 18.30 – 21.30 with extended hours over the weekend. Lunch is served on Sunday only from 12.30 – 14.30. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you make your reservation in advance of arrival.

The Carvery Restaurant.
Also overlooking the infamous Reginald’s Tower, this attractive and airy room features soft furnishings and bright warm colours. An alternative to the a la carte style of the Bistro, the Carvery is very popular with families, and conference guests, with its more relaxed informal style of service.

The fixed price menu is changed daily and features popular roasts and joints, with a variety of meat, poultry and fish dishes served buffet style.

Here our guests can savour the delight of the best of full Irish and Continental breakfast.

The Carvery is open daily for breakfast from 07.30 am – 10.00 am with extended hours over the weekend. Dinner is served from 18.30 to 21.30. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that you make your reservation in advance of arrival.
